International oil prices rise on 23rd
■ Brent closed at U$62.38/bbl, up U$0.31/bbl from the previous day.
■ WTI closed at U$58.38/bbl, up U$0.37/bbl from the previous day.
■ Dubai closed at U$62.14/bbl, up U$0.92/bbl from the previous day.


International oil prices rose on the 23rd due to strong U.S. economic indicators, highlighting demand expectations and concerns over supply disruptions in Venezuela.
