International oil prices fall on the 16th
■ Brent closed at U$58.92/bbl, down U$1.64/bbl from the previous day.
■ WTI closed at U$55.27/bbl, down U$1.55/bbl from the previous day.
■ Dubai closed at U$59.94/bbl, down U$1.33/bbl from the previous day.
