International oil prices rise on the 22nd
■ Brent closed at U$62.07/bbl, up U$1.60/bbl from the previous day.
■ WTI closed at U$58.01/bbl, up U$1.49/bbl from the previous day.
■ Dubai closed at U$61.22/bbl, up U$1.19/bbl from the previous day.
