International oil prices rise on the 1st
■ Brent closed at U$63.17/bbl, up U$0.79/bbl from the previous day.
■ WTI closed at U$59.32/bbl, up U$0.77/bbl from the previous day.
■ Dubai closed at U$64.26/bbl, up U$0.11/bbl from the previous day.


International oil prices rose on the 1st due to disruptions in the operation of CPC terminals in the Black Sea, a freeze on OPEC+ production, and escalating tensions between the U.S. and Venezuela.

Increasing geopolitical risks, including President Trump's warning to close Venezuela's airspace.

OPEC+ decision to freeze output eases supply glut concerns.
