International oil prices rise on the 10th
▶ Brent closed at U$64.06/bbl, up U$0.43/bbl from the previous day.
▶ WTI closed at U$60.13/bbl, up U$0.38/bbl from the previous day.
▶ Dubai closed at U$65.36/bbl, up U$0.39/bbl from the previous day.


Reuters cited Tamas Varga, an analyst at oil-related brokerage PVM, explaining that expectations of ending the shutdown increased the preference for risky assets, contributing to the rise in oil prices.

Signs of a decline in Russian oil supply due to sanctions against Russia also affected the rise in oil prices on the same day. Lukoil, one of two Russian oil companies that were restocked in the U.S. in October Force Majeure Declaration (OilPrice) at Qurna-2 field in western Iraq.
