International oil prices rise on July 7
- Brent closed at U$63.63/bbl, up U$0.25/bbl from the previous day
- WTI closed at U$59.75/bbl, up U$0.32/bbl from the previous day
- Dubai closed at U$64.97/bbl, up U$0.33/bbl from the previous day


China's crude oil imports rise as oil prices rise

■ China's General Administration of Customs said crude oil imports in October amounted to 48.36 million tonnes (11.4 million b/d)
It was up 8.2% year-on-year and 2.3% month-on-month.
■  Refineries' refining facility utilization rate increased due to improved refining margins acting as a major factor.
■  In particular, state-run oil refiners have been found to have increased their utilization rates in the second half of the year to make the most of their fuel export quotas while maintaining a trend of expanding their share.
