International oil prices rise on 29th
- Brent closed at U$64.92/bbl, up U$0.52/bbl from the previous day
- WTI closed at U$60.48/bbl, up U$0.33/bbl from the previous day
- Dubai closed at U$64.15/bbl, down U$0.80/bbl from the previous day

International oil prices rose on the 29th due to a sharp drop in U.S. crude oil inventories and expectations for progress in U.S.-China trade negotiations.

Unexpected plunge in U.S. crude oil and product inventories contributes to higher oil prices.

The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) tallied weekly U.S. crude oil inventories at 415.96 million B as of 10.24 B, down 6.86 million B from the previous week (over market expectations of 210,000 B).
