International oil prices rise on 23rd
- Brent closed at U$65.99/bbl, up U$3.40/bbl from the previous day.
- WTI closed at U$61.79/bbl, up U$3.29/bbl from the previous day.
- Dubai closed at U$67.74/bbl, up U$4.27/bbl from the previous day.


■ On the 23rd, international oil prices rose in the wake of rising concerns over global oil supply and demand due to the U.S. government's sanctions on Russian oil companies.

■ Russia, where China's state-owned oil companies are subject to new sanctions, Reuters reports - Corporate oil purchases reserved, India also cuts Russian oil imports reported to be moving.
