- Dubai closed at U$66.56/bbl, down U$2.77/bbl from the previous day

On the 1st, international oil prices are likely to increase OPEC+ production, increase U.S. crude oil inventories, and government shutdown
Down on heightened possibilities, concerns over slowing global demand
■ OPEC+ potential to increase production plays a major downside factor
■ OPEC+ could boost crude output by up to 500,000 b/d in November
Outlook raised, this is two to three times higher than October's increase in production (1.37 million b/d)

Slow global demand and Venezuela's export growth also contribute to the decline.
