International oil prices rise on 23rd
- Brent closed at U$67.63/bbl, up U$1.06/bbl from the previous day.
- WTI closed at U$63.41/bbl, up U$1.13/bbl from the previous day.
- Dubai closed at U$68.23/bbl, down U$0.38/bbl from the previous day.


International oil prices rose on the 23rd due to the possibility of reducing Russian oil supply due to rising tensions between NATO and Russia, and delaying the resumption of oil exports to Iraq's Kurdish region.

Russia's deputy energy minister on Sunday said gasoline export restrictions due to continued gasoline shortages could be extended until October.
