International oil prices fall on the 18th
- Brent closed at U$67.44/bbl, down U$0.51/bbl from the previous day
- WTI closed at U$63.57/bbl, down U$0.48/bbl from the previous day
- Dubai closed at U$70.45/bbl, down U$0.23/bbl from the previous day

- Major oil producers forecast positive demand
· Kuwait's Oil Minister (Tariq Al-Roumi) predicts demand for crude oil to increase, especially in Asia, after U.S. rate cut.
· Qatar Energy raises crude oil sales price for November shipment to highest level in eight months, reflecting expectations of demand recovery.
