International oil prices fall on the 17th
- Brent closed at U$67.95/bbl, down U$0.52/bbl from the previous day.
- WTI closed at U$64.05/bbl, down U$0.47/bbl from the previous day.
- Dubai closed at U$70.68/bbl, up U$0.42/bbl from the previous day.

On September 17, the U.S. Fed held its key interest rate at the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) by 0.25%
Although it has been cut, the possibility of a rate cut in the future is considered limited.

U.S. commercial crude oil inventories as of September 12, announced by the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA)
AT 415.36 MILLION B, DOWN 9.29 MILLION B YoY.
