International oil prices rise on the 10th
■ Brent closed at U$62.21/bbl, up U$0.27/bbl from the previous day.
■ WTI closed at U$58.46/bbl, up U$0.21/bbl from the previous day.
■ Dubai closed at U$62.21/bbl, down U$0.46/bbl from the previous day.


On the 9th, international oil prices fell due to the continued aftermath of the resumption of oil production in Iraq's West Qurna2 oil field, expectations for a peace agreement between the U.S. and Ukraine, and concerns over an oversupply of oil.
