 International oil prices rise on the 13th
■ Brent closed at U$63.01/bbl, up U$0.30/bbl from the previous day.
■ WTI closed at U$58.69/bbl, up U$0.20/bbl from the previous day.
■ Dubai closed at U$63.58/bbl, down U$2.25/bbl from the previous day.
