International oil prices fall on the 5th
- Brent closed at U$63.52/bbl, down U$0.92/bbl from the previous day
- WTI closed at U$59.60/bbl, down U$0.96/bbl from the previous day
-Dubai closed at U$65.61/bbl, up U$0.24/bbl from the previous day


International oil prices fell on the 5th due to increased U.S. crude oil inventories and the possibility of Canada's abolition of the cap on greenhouse gas emissions.
■ As of 10.31, U.S. crude oil inventories increased by 5.22 million B from the previous week to 421.17 million B, above market forecasts (EIA)

Kazakhstan's crude oil output fell 10% month-on-month to 1.69 million b/d in October, but still above OPEC+ production quota (1.56 million b/d) (Reuters)
■ Produced 730,000 b/d due to maximum oil field Tengiz oil field maintenance, previous month 240,000 b/d reduction compared to the previous year.
