International oil prices rise on the 17th
- Brent closed at U$61.29/bbl, up U$0.23/bbl from the previous day,
- WTI closed at U$57.54/bbl, up U$0.08/bbl from the previous day.
- Dubai closed at U$61.34/bbl, down U$1.11/bbl from the previous day.


BP-owned Whiting, Indiana refinery fires boost
