International oil prices fall on the 15th
- Brent closed at U$61.91/bbl, down U$0.48/bbl from the previous day
- WTI closed at U$58.27/bbl, down U$0.43/bbl from the previous day
- Dubai closed at U$62.54/bbl, up U$0.03/bbl from the previous day
